PagoEfectivo

PagoEfectivo is a popular payment option in Peru and also provides an alternative for those who are underbanked or those who do not trust providing their payment information online.

When Customers select to pay via PagoEfectivo, they will receive a CIP payment code that can be paid either via internet banking or their mobile banking application. Customers can also choose to pay in cash at any one of the 70,000+ affiliated physical payment points throughout the country.

This payment solution is particularly popular with merchants operating in the digital goods, travel and eCommerce industries amongst others.

Payment flow

  • Choose PagoEfectivo.
PagoEfectivo choose
  • The customer is redirected to PagoEfectivo payment page and is shown the CIP code.
PagoEfectivo checkout

  • The customer can proceed with the payment via a digital wallet, mobile banking, or any of their affiliated stores and payment centers.

  • Once successful, the customer will then be redirected to the confirmation page.
